This is so far and by far the best accomodation we have had in our one-month trip in Indonesia. The location is beautiful, the premises hyper clean, spacious and comfy, everything taken care of to the smallest detail, the wide choice of breakfast was gorgeous... And Jan, our host...there are no words to describe his helpfulness, amicability, and readiness to make our stay unforgettable. He gave us lots of practical information on the area and activities and made our stay very easy and enjoyable by organising all the activities we did (rafting, volcano trekking, local day trip, national park visit and transfers to and from the airport) for a very reasonable price. Jan is the epitome of a super host. If we ever come back to Sulawesi, no doubt we'll stay at Ilasan Cottage again.

Angi and Arno are so helpful, they are available to answer any questions you may have. The resort is beautifully situated in the middle of nature. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I really enjoyed my stay there, as even as a solo traveller you can easily strike up a conversation with other people... I can only recommend it!

It was a really nice surrounding. Beautiful view over the garden and the Lukon vulcano.
The rooms are basic and shared bathroom. But it was totally fine! And i met new people here so that was nice.
The family is also very friendly.

I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us.
Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits.
One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly.
I highly recommend this property.

Onong's family was very kind and helpful. The bungalows are very nice and the ambience is appealing. The location was also very good and you could reach everything quickly.
The location and how the bungalows are located is great! We’ve been felt welcome and the staff is really willing to help you out on anything. It’s easy to rent a bike, and they give you great tips to do in the neighborhood.

Also, the location of this stay is stunning (the view is amazing), the garden is beautiful and the houses are very comfortable, cozy and clean. The food is great as well. Just a perfect accommodation to rest and explore.
Room and bathroom is very clean and has everything you need. The breakdast and dinner is very good and we can recommend to eat there. Also all staff is very kind and the cats and dogs are very lovely!
Rimba Eco Resort has a perfect location if you want to stay close from Tomohon City and the main tourist places to visit (Danao Tondano, Waterfalls). Incredible location with a view of Mount Lokon, which can be enjoyed from a hammock outside your room. Comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Incredibly lovely staff and owner who offers tours to local sights, like the volcano, waterfalls and market. The restaurant at the resort is very very delicious so worth eating there!
