Good breakfast that had a variety of options. The lunch/dinner menu was limited but the food was good. I liked not staying directly on the island which was trendy and busy. It was a nice walk over the causeway to reach the island for great dining experiences but at the hotel we got a view of the lake and island plus could easily visit the local markets and get an authentic Guatemalan experience.

While I stayed in a hostel style dorm room, this definitely feels like a true hotel. It was amazing value and I felt so fancy staying here. The staff are incredible and I love that they pack you a breakfast if you do one of the sunrise tours. Everything was very well kept and the location was perfect.
