We stayed at this hotel in Heraklion, and overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and cozy. The rooms were impeccably tidy, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Their attentive service truly made our stay much more enjoyable. However, the location was a bit disappointing. The area where the hotel is situated isn’t very picturesque, and there isn’t much to do in the city itself. If you’re planning to explore the surroundings, this might be something to consider. The breakfast also fell short of expectations – the selection was limited, and the quality of the food didn’t impress. Despite this, it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience. In conclusion, the hotel’s cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

Perfect location and really welcoming hosts. Gave great advice about when to go to Knossos and how to get there. Perfect place for couples. Excellent balcony with views of the sea and mountains. Super friendly little doggo too! Great time all round!

The host was very friendly and open to solve any issue I raised. There was a cleaning lady who would clean the room everyday, she was also nice and helpful. Close to the beach. Would recommend to stay.
