The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

Lovely family run hotel. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and there was a lovely sea and pool view from the balcony. The pool is great with plenty sunbeds and a nice pool bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for easy access to Skiathos Town.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Room was lovely, we were upgraded to a family suite which was enormous. Really clean with good showers and comfortable bed. Air conditioning was excellent.
Although we didn’t use the beach it was just a 5/10 min walk.
Breakfast was a good quality, plenty of choice.
The bus stop is very close to hotel and they run every 10 mins into Skiathos town for a couple of euros.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Considering it is fairly cheap it’s pretty good value. The pools bigger than it looks in the pictures and you can have it to yourself in peak season it’s certainly not busy.
The lady at reception was lovely and friendly. We loved the location as it's a quiet less touristy beach. The apartment has a hob and fridge so we could cook which was a plus. There was space outside the apartment to eat under an olive tree with a sea view.
Location was perfect for us, close to the beach, size of the apartment was great for our family. Loved the bedrooms were on a different level from the living area. Staff were fantastic and super attentive.
Loved the underpass to the beach, pool was a great size and ideal we had our own. Beds were comfy.
Aircon was super efficient.
Such a fabulous villa in an amazing location. Great views, stunning pool, lovely host and amazing rooms! The cleaners were so lovely and kept the house spotless.
Special mention to Kostas, his brother, his nephew and the rest of the team. They make you feel at home. Very heart welcoming team. The hotel has an ideal location if you are looking for relax. Quiet atmosphere and surroundings. We had a room with very nice views to the sea and beds were very comfortable! Good wifi. But let me express again our gratitude to the staff.

we had an amazing holiday at Golden king villas. The villa was spotless and the location was perfect. we were picked up at the airport which was great and the host was so friendly and helpful. The maids were lovely, always happy and kept everything gleaming and we had fresh towels daily. The beach was easily accessible through the underpass and the water taxi was great to ferry us back and forth to town. The town was amazing with loads of shops, bars and restaurants.
