What we loved most was the smooth service when transferring from next door hotel Samian Mare to the Erato. We booked very last minute so couldn't stay all three nights in one of both but the transfer / room switch was super smooth! Erato made sure our room was ready before checkout time of the other room and even called us to inform us once it was ready. Great service!

Meals in general were really great. We enjoyed the meals, atmosphere, and the amenities. All of the staff were so friendly, positive and helpful. We went there for my birthday and when we first arrived, there were wine and nuts. And on my birthday, they put pink balloons in the room and they also left us a whole cake in the mini bar with candles. And also left me a birthday present as well. Genuinely everything was amazing, the only regret I have is that we didn't stay for longer. The beach is just in front of the hotel and the sea is lovely. Just a little heads up, the entrance to the sea has rocks but after a while, it is just sand. I would recommend here to everyone who wants to just relax and enjoy a calmer holiday. Definitely will be coming back!

The facility was great... I honestly want to give this place a higher score but there was some drawbacks I'll explain.
The facility was clean, bright, has a pool, very nice setup. Rooms were spotless. Perhaps it is underrated. It seems to be operated by a man and his mother. The man is wonderful to deal with. He is very helpful, calm, respectful and overall just seems like a great person. It's on a quiet street off a main street leading into town where everything is located.
The hotel's facilities were quite good compared to other hotels in Samos, our room was very clean, the hotel was very pleasant in general, and the employee named María at the entrance was very friendly and very helpful. She gave us advice on the restaurant we would go to for dinner with our family, and even called the restaurants herself and informed us about the location and availability. She was very supportive, we will not forget his help.
