This is an amazing holiday home with a small almost private beach next to it.It was fully organised with AC in both bedrooms,clean sheets and towels which were changed and the property was also cleaned during our stay.The views from the balcony that is shown on the photons are stunning especially in the night and early morning.There is a big terrace on the ground floor with lemon trees and a pair tree.It is pet friendly we had our dogs with us that massively enjoyed the stay.There is also a shower outside when you return from the beach.I wanted to feel this “home away from home” sense and also enjoy our summer as a family and this house achieved both!Amazing stay and friendly owners available whenever you need something!I highly recommend the place

Everything was perfect. The house is very well equipped with all basic necessities that one might need. I've never seen so well thought and prepared place. Kefalonia is a lovely but big island and the villa's location is pretty strategic if one plans to travel around the island. We're definitely looking forward to staying at Brian's house again.

The stunning views! Truly mazing view!! The house has lovely decoration and the kitchen is well equipped with some very kind treats awaiting the guests (organic eggs, bottle of wine). The little window in the bedroom was also super cute and the fact that there was a wardrobe with towels and bedding should you need something more.

Beautifully decorated, lovely pool and outlook onto olive grove, well located for great beaches and access around the island. Well equipped kitchen. They have designed it with care and all the furnishings are beautiful local materials

The house was great, it exceeded our expectations. THe living room is spacious with comfortable table and chairs. The table is also perfect for board games :) The kitchen had everything we needed as a cultery, pots, bowls, everything needed for our stay (I don't have the space to list everything). The rooms were also big, with more things, flatiron, towels and etc. The yard is beautiful and green. With 3 different places with chairs, perfect place for a morning coffee with mountain view and small view to the sea. It was amazing. The location is not on a beach and it's perfect because it's calm and quite. I had a different questions to the host and I was sending him messages. He was very detailed, nice and responded fast (even on the questions about the turtles) :) Thank you, Kostas!

The house is very nice, the little pool very very nice when it is hot as it is in summer ! It is difficult to find but well placed, close to nice beaches, close to a lot we wanted to visit and not too far from Argostoli. But you need a car, for sure, as you need it anyway as the island is very big and if you want to visit it.
