The villa is located in a lovely, peaceful and quiet spot not far from chania. The surrounding nature, swooping swallows and view of the white mountains made for a serene atmosphere. The outside area was equipped superbly, with a barbecue area, lounge furniture and a fantastic gazebo area for dining and gathering. The pool was on the smaller side but perfect for a little dip. The building was gorgeous and all the rooms well decorated and very clean. The shower and wash facilities exceeded expectations in function and style. Overall I wished I had booked for longer, it was difficult to leave! Our host was incredibly gracious and made sure that we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beyond expectations. 11 out of 10 :) I am astonished by the place, by the view, by the owners, by everything. The apartment was spotless, very modern, very well equipped including towels, cosmetics, medical kit, Kitchen was equipped with all necessary items including toaster, sandwicher, coffee machine (including coffee). We were welcomed by Giannis who showed us around. Welcome package has been waiting for us including Maria's excellent homemade cake, jam, basket of fruits, water, juice, rakija :). Each apartment (4 in total) has a mini garden/terrace with spectacular view on the mountain. Swimming pool area is perfect, with the big table under the roof, there is a place you can prepare food and enjoy your meal at the pool. The pool isn't deep approx 1m (it is adjusted for guests with disabilities). The whole place is perfectly adjusted for disable guests so that they can feel comfortable and enjoy holiday. We had a great week at Giannis place.

A fabulous villa, with everything you need. Amazing views across the hills, peace and quiet, a swimming pool and hot tub, and an excellent host. The drive to the villa (last 5 minutes) is on a mixed concrete and dirt track (ie some parts concrete some ddirt) and uphil. We only had a small economy car but it was fine getting u and down. Also worth noting the 3rd double bedroom is underneath the property and separate, which for most will be a big bonus as parents, couples, older children can have their own bedroom/space. If you have younger children who would stay in this room then this may not work so well, as whilst it is part of the property, you do need to go out the main door and down a small set of steps to get to it.

A little out of town so great for day trips to Chania Old Town but also worth a visit are Manousakis Winery (make a booking), the Botanical Gardens and St George’s Monastery. Lots of eating places close by - you can walk or a short drive. The lake is worth a visit and the Enasma Cafe does amazing platters and desserts. The house is modern with everything you need, the pool is fantastic and there are lots of outdoor eating/entertaining areas (including a BBQ). The hosts were lovely and helpful - some great recommendations and advice. we would definitely stay there again.

We were staying in villa Chloe in Chania and the place was magical. Beautiful views thru out the balconies. Unlimited sea or Mountain views. The pool was big to play volleyball and that’s what we did. Villa was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and all the machines for coffee and fresh orange juice. The rooms were spacious and the whole villa was really clean. Best part of it was the downstairs guest house with its own kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace which my in-laws stayed. The bbq area is just amazing with a tab to wash meat or whatever you need next to it. The host was amazing and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and I will be staying here every time we visit my mum
