We love the hospitality of the owner and his staff. The hotel has excellent location. It is right on the beach and next to the famous archeological site of Akrotiri. It is 1-5 min walking to a row of excellent restaurants which we had 3 dinners there. It is next to a pickup place for a boat tour to the red, white and black beaches. The hotel is newly remodeled and decorated. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious. The linen is very clean. We had maid service every day of our stay. I had a strained angle and the owner kindly relocated me to a room at a room at a lower level so I did not have to climb many stairs and our breakfasts were delivered to our room daily. The hotel is at the beach and we enjoyed sunrise from the terrace every day. Excellent stay.

Decent hotel, that fulfills all the expectations at this price point: staff was always there to help, friendly and generally positive vibe at the place. Extremely nice breakfast, those are probably the best breakfasts I have ever had. Parking questions is really well resolved, there was always plenty of space to park our rent car.

Amazing place to stay on Santorini. Loved the location - having a private beach far away from the tourist crowds. Restaurant within a short walk. The rooms were unique and had a great charm. The place is located in the quiet area of the island. The accommodations were very comfortable and the view was incredible. It is exactly as described. What you see on their website is what you get. The breakfasts was ample, varied and very tasty. We tried their room service for dinner a number of times and it was probably the best meals we had on the island.
