Such a lovely guesthouse. We enjoyed much sitting on balkony in the evening and hear the sound of birds. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Owner family was nice.

The apartment is in a unique position. Above a small farming community on an island within a lake, you have to walk over a foot bridge for the last 600 meters or so. It is surrounded by plants that pelicans nest in. They catch hot air and soar into the blue sky. Damn cool. Never seen anything like it. The island is walkable within 1.5 hours, but good shoes might be recommended. There are ruins from Greek Orthodox Monasteries there that are very cool. The host was always reachable on the phone and always had recommendations for us. We had an issue with the water (discussed below) but the host immediately provided us with bottled water and even refunded us the day we had the issue. We didn't need to ask! Very professional.

Highly recommended. Beautiful, peaceful location with views towards the lake. Because of the name I had expected it to be large and impersonal, but it is a small complex and it was like staying with friends; a huge thank you to Vaggelis for making us feel at home. I hope that I will be able to return.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and authentic house full of personal touches and character. The gorgeous view and the surroundings. The owner Alexandra was an amazing host, spent time describing everything about the house and we had a lovely chat (-: The communication was great. What an amazing place. We had fantastic views of the lake from our balcony. It is run by a lovely family who were very friendly and helpful. They provided a fantastic breakfast. We loved that their very cute dog would also take itself for a walk with us! We just wished that we were able to stay longer. The whole place had a very chilled vibe and we loved it.

Cozy and relaxing stay by the edge of Lake Prespa, nice views, friendly and polite owners. Dinner was amazing, nicely prepared and presented and breakfast a real must! There is also a store with fresh local products like beans and a tank with fresh local fish.
