Top location, easily reachable by car (we parked it exactly by the house) but also very quiet and with an amazing view of the mountains. As per the house itself — it is equipped with everything you might need, starting with kitchen utensils and to the insane number of big clean white towels. Even a washing machine was there, so we had a chance to wash everything after our hike. Juta — a village with great spots for hiking — is just 15 mins away by car following the same road. Stepantsminda — for restaurants, banks and other facilities — is also about the same time, going in an opposite direction.
We fit in as a group of 6 with no problem.
The host is very friendly and stays in touch at all time if something happens.

The vista from the cottage is absolutely stunning. The cottage itself is cozy and has lots of light inside due to the large windows, it is a great place if you want to do day hikes.
Also having the garden for oneself was an extra bonus which we enjoyed a lot. The village is very calm and the inhabitants are very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Landscapes Kazbegi very much. The views are the best, as every room (in its own container box) has one, and has their own balcony. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the room, while small, was good for our needs. The woman at the front desk was responsive & helpful. Parking is available, and the location is pretty easy to find. Even though I have a couple of suggestions for improvement, the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Tamara, the property owner, is very nice and warm person. She treated us well, gave everyday some tasty Georgian snacks, gave possibility to make some laundry.
The apartment is very clean. We had private bathroom and double bed, also there was common kitchen which was well equipped.
The localization of house is perfect: near main road of village and close to trekking road to Cminda Sameba.
There was also possibility to leave car on backyard.
