A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!

Also very tasty native water you will find near the apartment Nino and her family are very good guys and we felt a lot of love all time we stayed here, if you think about place where to stay then this one will be your best choice believe

Mia is a fantastic host. The guest rooms are upstairs in her house. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The house is in a remote peaceful nature site, with a cool and confortable breeze along the Koura river, Although it was not included in the room price, Mia could prepare us a breakfast. She is fluent both in Russian and English. The spatious bathrooms were outside the rooms but that was not a problem. On brief occasions, the Internet went down, but that wasn't a problem either (it may be related to the fcat that the house is little remote, which is a positive aspect). The guest house is still at an easy distance from the more busy and touristy town of Borjomi. We strongly recommend this place and we would comme back.

The property is great, nice room, comfy bed and great breakfast. they have 2 big dogs supper friendly, my son loved it. We liked how Georgi was so attentive and helpful with recommendation. he was always making sure that we are happy with everything, his instructions were very clear and helpful.
