The owner was so welcoming and kind. He and his sons made our last day in Georgia very pleasant. They made for us great dinner and breakfast. He took us from Luka House to his another booking house and it was in mountains with beautiful view. Owner also took us to local waterfall to swim. One day was full with adventures...wine and conversations. Muradi was send from higher forces in our lives.

Decor is finished to a high standard and is aesthetic as well as comfortable. The owner is welcoming, very helpful and generous and made us feel instantly at ease. She served a super tasty breakfast which is really good value at set us up for the day. You can help yourself to tea and coffee from the kitchen any time. Highly recommended guesthouse.

Lovely host and cosy traditional apartment. The bathroom is very nice, the beds very warm in the winter and the host couldn't be warmer and kinder. Excellent value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, it's in walking distance from Kutaisi I train station and many supermarkets and bakeries.
