Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always nice and plenty, and the host asked what time we would like it. She doesn't speak english, but we could still communicate easily and she was very nice. The apartment is located in a quiet street, 20 minute walk from the center. There is a communal kitchen, fully equipped. We needed a ride to the airport during the night and they organized the transfer for us. I recommend it! :)

The owner was so welcoming and kind. He and his sons made our last day in Georgia very pleasant. They made for us great dinner and breakfast. He took us from Luka House to his another booking house and it was in mountains with beautiful view. Owner also took us to local waterfall to swim. One day was full with adventures...wine and conversations. Muradi was send from higher forces in our lives.

Amazing place. We had the whole apartment for our self and we felt really like home. The owner was really nice and we even got free georgian dish in the evening. They where really helpful and tried there best to make us enjoy the stay. Also really close to some supermarkets and 20min to town city.

Do not expect anything of luxury, but if you're looking for a budget option with a nice small rooms to sleep over and basic facilities, this will suit you well. It is very authentic. The lady owner is extremely kind, willing to help me with my transport to Tbilisi and even calling and ordering a marshrutka very early morning. She speaks Russian, German and limited English, but her granddaughter is there to help with translation if needed. The location is also convenient, the centre is around 15 minutes far away by foot.
