    Super surprise treats n breakfast basket made up for us was real nice touch , Location next to to pub their meals were nice I. there .People n staff friendly . The double bed was super comfortable we slept really well .

    The rooms were spotless, the décor was to our taste. The complimentary hamper was a lovely touch. Lots of information about the facilities within the property and places to visit and eat in the local vicinity. We liked that we had communication with the hosts, but were very much left alone. It felt like 'coming home' at the end of a busy day.

    We loved the location. It was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully appointed. We walked in and said wow!! Easy and secure parking for our car. A lovely little gift hamper was provided on arrival. Perfect for a light breakfast and cup of tea. Absolutely everything you could need was thought of and provided.

    We loved The Cartlodge! We used it as a stopover on our cycle from Hackney to Amsterdam. It was a perfect stay for what we needed. Here’s what we liked: - It was absolutely spotless - The furnishings made it so comfortable - The complimentary snacks - The bathroom products in case you forget yours - The location and proximity to quiet pub and walks - The hosts’ communication prior and during our stay (and help when we got a puncture!)
