What a place, feels like home and great for that mid-week business stopover, i was travelling from the NW to Cambridge then on to Southend. The Bistro is perfect, with great food at reasonable prices. Ash Room, which i had was quirky, but beautifully done with a stocked mini fridge. Breakfast, there was a choice of a good variety for everyone, including Childrens menu, also being served from 7am which is great if you needed to on the road early.

The Compasses in Littley Green is a unique pub the atmosphere is wonderful old fashioned in the sense no music, a beer cellar I have not seen in any other pub a proper country side gem. The hosts were very informative when we arrived and gave us places to where would be good to visit.
We had red velvet cake on arrival which was delicious and such a treat!!
There was a gorgeous coffee shop and pub walking distance away and the food and drinks were really good.

Noel met me on arrival and showed me around. the apartment was spotless and had all of the necessary amenities.
A delicious slice of homemade Victoria sponge was a welcome treat. This is a beautiful rural location, so do expect to be woken by the sounds of nature. This didn’t bother me at all as I’m an early riser and it was simply a perfect opportunity to go for a lovely walk.
Lovely location very clean well appointed. Heating good shower good. Hosts very welcoming. Friendly cat, we had a visit from Squeak in the evening which was nice. Off street parking excellent.
