After being let done by another booking 2 hours before was due to arrive. Made this booking while traveling down there, and it was brilliant. The hotel was located in a good position for where we needed to be. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable. I requested a low floor with walk in shower due to my wife recently having a new hip fitted, this was granted. There was enough tea, coffee and milk. Receptionist was very polite and helpful when booking in.
