Absolutely wonderful! This quaint little apartment has everything you need. Everything was spic and span on arrival. Getting the keys was no hassle either. Temperature was good throughout and you can adjust if need be with the easy to use NEST device. There is a train line nearby that will be disturbing to some but I find such things calming! I had no issues at all during my 3 week stay and will return if I am ever in need of lodging in the area.

Absolutly everything. The superb, tranquil, quiet location. I was after a very peaceful noise free home to escape my extremly noisy neighbour's 7 days a week, and that's what I got! An amazing property. Full of privacy too! The home had everything I could have asked for. Its the best property I've ever stopped in. The garden was fabulous. No noise from any neighbour's. No screaming kids or barking dogs! And total privacy. Loved the downstairs bedroom overlooking the garden. Loved waking up to that superb view. An utterly amazing home. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Host was superb. Very quick response on the check in process. Could not have enjoyed my stay an more. My idea of a dream home!

The location was perfect for my trip to Solihull. I could park at the property which was a great bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and well-furbished. I travelled during the heatwave and it was such a nice touch to see fan working in the room. There was also a bottle of water waiting for me. The bathroom had a powerful shower, great and I could use the towels that were put into my room. These are small touches but made the property exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Flat is just like the picture. I can't believe how cheap it was. Property was very quiet and managed to sleep without issues. Plenty of parking around the property. Good communication from host. Everything is new and all basic amenities available. Location is 6 minutes drive from all the good restaurants and breakfast bars. Definitely will stay again.
