What's not to like!!!!!
This was our second visit. This time we stayed for 4 nights. So glad we did. So much to explore. Great walks and runs on the doorstep.
Local cafes/pubs great food.
BBQ with a view!!
And best of all the wildlife.
The chickens, geese, guinea fowl, ducks and little moorhen that greeted us every morning and evening when we were around was fantastic. Our little boy was in his element. He was having the best time ever feeding them and sat chatting to them.
Molly the dog was so sweet and lovely to see everyday.
We can't wait to return.

Lovely clean and comfortable house. Really nice little extras left for us like some sourdough bread, milk, butter, and water, as well as lots of cooking essentials, tea, and coffee. Really felt like a home from home - we loved it!

The house is in a great location on a nice new estate. The house is lovely, well equipped and well proportioned. The garden is a nice touch, though would benefit from more chairs.

Friendly and efficient staff. We had a nice room in the main house. There are modern accommodation blocks on which I am unable to comment.

The price was good, our room was very clean and comfortable with the benefit of a good restaurant and pub, perfect to relax at the end of the day.
The food was well prepared and staff very attentive and busy.

Perfect Bed and Breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Liz is a brilliant host, very attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and the shower was exceptional too. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Cannot fault this property in any way and will definitely be staying there again, if we're in the area.
All our needs were met with accommodation and breakfast exceeding all our expectations. Location was perfect for our visit to the area for the East Riding Mixed Golf Week.

The location was perfect for me, close to the motorway, easy to get into the city centre and into the villages for family get together. Spotless.
