The location and building was characterful and was with all amenities in a lovely, old village. The breakfast was tasty and well presented with a good selection of continental and cooked options.

The Parva Farm was very comfortable and clean. Excellent decor and view. The lady that welcomed me and served me breakfast was friendly and polite.
The breakfast was really tasty and cooked to perfection.

What an amazing place Edge Barn is; easy to find, beautifully situated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Beyond the field, where two horses roam, is a view of the Severn bridges, and a tremendous sunset. The cottage is clean and has all you need, from crockery to a washing machine. One of our favourite ever stays.

The cabin was very cosy and warm. Everything you needed was thought of. We even had flannels with the most gorgeous fluffy towels. Cabin was excellent quality!

Stayed here for one night before setting off on the Offas Dyke walk. Really well located into town and the start of the walk. The owner met us in the morning and offered to help if anything went wrong which was a lovely gesture - luckily we didn’t need to take him up on this offer!

We had a wonderful stay here. Touch of luxury but friendly down to earth staff keen to help and take an interest. Good breakfast. We agree the fish and chips are the best! Roast dinner was pretty good too. A shame we did not arrive when the vineyard was open!
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
All very well organised and communication was excellent. Lovely welcome pack. Beautiful location and really unique, quirky property. Walking distance into Chepstow, scenic and relaxing walk.
Wonderful, historic, romantic location. The view from the roof is worth the climb - we watched a skein of geese fly over as the sun set. The Gatehouse oozes character and is unique. Very private but still within easy distance of pubs, restaurants and things to do. The bed is in a raised area above the living room - a bit of a climb, but atmospheric and fun, provided that you are agile. Easy check in using the key safe.
