We stayed here twice on the way to and from a holiday in the West Country and it was a great stopping off point to break our journey. The White Hart offers great value, with good clean accommodation, a great breakfast and good pub food at reasonable prices in a quiet location.

On entrance grounds beautiful. The hotel from outside looked inviting. Reception entrance was spotless modern inviting. The room was beautiful good shower comfy beds but not pillows but that's just me.very clean tidy. Very impressive

Lovely location in the countryside but ideally located for Froyle Park (wedding reception venue). Warm welcome, lots of character- but in a good traditional way, rather than twee - and everything we needed in the room. Very spacious room and big bathroom with lovely walk in shower. Toiletries were lovely and there was even a pillow spray. There were plenty of books and magazines in the room, too. Breakfast was delicious.
Staff were super friendly. Really cosy atmosphere, great food, really comfortable and spacious rooms. Made to few at home. Location was perfect for the wedding venue we were attending.

The manager and staff were professional and friendly.
We will certainly return and will try other inns in the Butcombe brewery's estate.
