Julian and Melanie are fantastic hosts! We had a lovely weekend staying in their home. The room was perfect, very cosy, with lots of little extras including robes, slippers and chocolates. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Thank you so much again.

The location, staff and facilities were fabulous. It was great value for money. Stayed here to dine at the Beach House restaurant (another story, but wish we had eaten at the P-L-B Hotel!). It was not perfect, but the staff had a great rapport with guests and each other. The views and surrounding parkland was stunning.

Me and my dog had a lovely stay at the Brynawel Farm B&B. We have been travelling to different parts for 2 weeks, and this was the best full English breakfast we had during the whole trip. The room was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The garden is secure so you can let your dog off lead, and the location is remote in the countryside, which is nice. Very good value for money.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
There had been some quite bad reviews of the property earlier in the summer so it was a relief that some of the criticisms turned out to be not that significant.
The house was reasonably spacious with separate living room, dining room and kitchen as well as outside space.
The beds were comfortable and the bedding very clean. The management company were very responsive when we contacted them for more bedding and towels (a mix up caused by my late change to the booking).
