Location was great, didn't get a chance to visit the local pubs. Breakfast was in the room ready for the next morning which was perfect for me as I wanted to be away without any fuss. Really pleased with the setting and the room. WiFi excellent, which was great. Very clean! The owner had also made quite a bit of effort to leave a book with details of attractions, walks, food deliveries etc.

Beautifully appointed accommodation, spotlessly clean, and situated in a quiet courtyard at the rear of the pub. Private parking, and rate included a superb breakfast. We had dinner both nights we stayed and food was delicious. The pub has a wonderful atmosphere and decor and staff are friendly and attentive. We've stayed here before and will definitely be back. Our dog was made very welcome. Ideally located in a lovely village just off the M1. Can't fault it!

privacy, location, parking, facilities, finishing touches like tea and milk provisions. contact with hosts is very good, don’t need face to face as there’s a key safe outside, large range of local food deliveries via usual apps, spacious (solo traveller so didn’t need a great deal), chic decor, little mini fridge to keep a few little G&T cans - or milk. water bottles provided, there are lots of pleasant little surprises in this little find. I’d recommend to others.
