We love this property as it is in a great location for Chapel Allerton. Great shops and cafes nearby. Property is very comfortable and suitable for a couple. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. We always stay here when we come to Leeds.

Though I asked for a quiet room, the person next door had her TV on too loud. I did ask her to turn it down, which she did, but it was still too noisy. So I asked to switch rooms which was done with no fuss. Very good customer service from the staff!

Room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great, bar downstairs was lovely with a verity of nice food and drink at a reasonable price.

It was our second stay at Apple Tree Cottage and it did not disappoint. We love the location, the friendly staff and the property was spotless. This time we got to use the log fire which made the cottage extra cosy whilst we endured Storm Dudley! Cannot recommend this property/ location highly enough!
The cottage was amazing, spotlessly clean, everything you needed in an amazing location. 15 miles of walks on your doorstep and to top it off a lovely basket of goodies on your arrival.
