The annex is clean, comfortable, modern and stylish with high quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. We enjoyed our two night stay there. The owner Lee was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The design of the hotel is unique and the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable, they even provided a cot for our toddler. We would highly recommend others & would be happy to stay again on our next visit to Hinckley.

the staff were so lovely and kind and the food was great! What this place lacked in disabled accessibility it made up for with super generous accommodating staff. The food was really good and even though we had to order in the restaurant they were more than happy to bring it to the lounge closer to our rooms. We had some starters and sides to share in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic too with made to order eggs. Also lovely having a pool and steam room so close to the rooms for an early morning dip.

Great value for money lovely option of eggs off a lovely lady at breakfast lots of tech in room which was surprising . The decking was quite slippy which is obvious but could do with a spruce up but for £70 brilliant ! Late checkout is a bonus. Not mean with the amount of tea coffee and milk which is refreshing so thank you.
