A unique rural & quite unusual 'Hotel' - It is not what I would call boutique but it is very comfortable with many historical features in the common areas and the room that we were in was great. The evening meal was prepared by the owner (4th generation in the family I believe) & was excellent & not expensive. Breakfast was perfect and again prepared by the owner. The grounds are wonderful and perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll & I understand the owner also runs an Equine centre adjacent so Horsey folks are well catered for.

The flat is well maintained, with all the facilities which all are mentioned.I really enjoyed my stay there and the communication was good with the owner and he is a good guy.

There are two bars/restaurants within 10 to 20 minute walking distance. Her home is in a very quiet location. The bed was very comfortable and there were some nice touches in the room.
