    Location was good as I was visiting family, cottage was very clean with everything that I needed welcome basket was great, bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and local hotel served great food

    Welcomed on arrival by Bill the owner who showed us around.Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Lovely village with a shop and Pub which serves lovely food. Ideal location for travelling around. Day trips to Edinburgh, Dundee Carnoustie and St.Andrews (which was the purpose of our visit to watch The Open golf. I would highly recommend it.

    Excellent location for attending Burning of Bear in Lindores Abbey . Room very clean and modern , bar staff helpful and happy to assist us when booking taxi to and from event . Breakfast next morning was excellent quality . offered good vegan /vegetarian option . Nothing too much bother and would recommend this place as excellent stay over if exploring surrounding area.

    Good location for exploring area, nearby cafe had excellent scones. House very clean and in good order, beds very comfortable. Disney plus good for kids. Very generous welcome goodies - biscuits, jam etc.

    As described spotless beautiful old cottage completely renovated as brand new, with Wi-fi and great location for exploring Perthshire, Fife or trip to Dundee and beyond. Don't miss the Hermitage at Dunkeld Forrest (15-20 mins away) and beautiful local cafe and shop Clootie McToot (dumplings).just round the corner. Super helpful owners with advice and tourist info at cottage. Great stay!
