The property was absolutely spotless clean, the room very spacious and the house is beautiful. The host’s were very very nice. Although we did not speak French and the host’s did not speak English, we communicated very well with our translate app on our phones. We would highly recommend this guesthouse.

The price paid led me to expect MUCH less than we had. Jerome is a wonderful host and his cooking is to die for. His place is huge, beautiful and he is the perfect host. The garden and swimming pool are SO much nicer than the lovely pictures, the beds are comfortable, the shower hot and spacious, the decor a happy mix of modern and traditional, reflecting Jerome’s life and interests. Even the chickens are friendly!

The gite is in very quiet location. It is in a stylish barn conversion consisting of a spacious ground-floor open-plan kitchen, dining and comfortable lounge area. No TV, but lots of board games. Kitchen was supplied with coffee. Dishwasher with detergent was very welcome. Rear-door access into courtyard and covered external seating area. Front-door access to on-site parking. A pool and charcoal BBQ are available at rear of property. The two upstairs bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, were very spacious and had large comfortable beds. Access to a clothes washing machine and soap was appreciated.
