Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location with the best hosts we met on our cycle tour. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night (and of course to rest our tired legs). We will be back, the couple that run this hotel pay attention to every detail. They helped us book train tickets and gave us great info about the beautiful city. Fabulous breakfast, great balcony overlooking the river to have a glass of wine in the evening.

Friendly staff and lovely location. A few metres from the river with lovely walks. Peaceful countryside setting. Meals served outside on the terrace in good weather and, if the weather wasn't so good, in a nicely decorated dining room, were a very pleasant experience.
Beautiful location. Lovely staff. Bins in the room could be replaced and some burns in the carpet should be dealt with...but it really is a lovely place
Having visited La Marjolaine many times in the past though not for the past 4 years due to illness and the Pandemic we found it just as we expected it to be and enjoyed our stay there as much as we had always done in the past. The location , the facilities, the service and the food were very good as they always have been. We look forward to our next visit
Maitre'd was more than helpful through out the day, free use of cycles, great location, excellent restaurant and great quality of food.
