A very charming place, perfect for people looking for a moment of silence and closeness to nature. The house has been renovated with taste and character. The equipment is complete, the kitchen contained everything needed. We used the “petanque” area to be discovered on site. The lady owner is a nice person, she advised on what to visit in the area: a walk in the forest (near the house), visiting caves, castles and wine bars. We will definitely go back there, this time for longer.

Very compact and comfy, well thought out with everything one needs for a pit stop. I loved the space—2 rooms—and they accept pets. Near the wine coop, bakery and convenience store. Make reservations at the local restaurants, they were full on Saturday.

Le Chardon is run by a very nice young couple giving good service. The location of the premises is good ; it has been renovated and everything looks well maintained. The kitchen is good and breakfast is excellent.
