Spacious, clean property with lovely furnishings etc. great it had a washing machine and we could hang clothes out in the garden. Restaurant in the village was great, ate there both nights, it is very busy so do book. Don’t miss Le Plan Incline, a boat lift, very interesting. Enough to do for two nights.

Staff offered to choose the room which would fit the best for us since there were no other guests on that moment. An interesting modern barn conversion with very friendly hosts who made a lot of effort to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was very good - I am sure we could have asked for almost anything and it would have been rustled up from somewhere. Largo, the dog, was initially a bit daunting due to his size, but soon you realised that he was actually very calm and friendly, but only in a good way! (We are not normally dog people!). The suggested restaurant in a nearby village provided excellent food at a very good price.
