The place was a 1 bedroom however we converted it into a 2 bedroom and there was even a cot included witch was really ideal for us as was 2 adults 1 baby and 1 child so the child had the bedroom and we had the sofa bed with the cot next to us witch there was more than enough room without being cramped the sofa bed was actually really comfortable to sleep on the kitchen was apsolutly beautiful there was even cold water upon our arrival easy pick up for keys in the lock box everything needed to cook yourself I even made homemade crepes with my daughter and cookies witch was great there was a dishwasher with pods and a washing machine with pods also witch was great to wash our clothes and very quiet area about a 15 minute walk to the centre vile witch was also good

The property was exactly as advertised and very spacious and very cheap right in the middle of a lovely town, we arrived in Nantes very early as we travel every 3 months for 2-3 days and Jeremy the owner/host was apsolutly great he let us check in very early and was very welcoming. Fantastic experience all together
