Be aware that it's a two-level apartment, with a bathroom and a toilet downstairs, while a studio with a bed and a kitchen is upstairs.
Tap water is drinkable. The bathroom was clean. Hot water is fine.
A private parking space is a great advantage.

I'd recommend the place to everyone, who's on the road and needs to find a quiet place to stay the night. It's small, with pretty spacious parking, which creates unique atmosphere. The room was very nice as well and very quiet - you can get a good night's sleep. The hotel is right at the border and you need just a few minutes from the main route D39, which leads you straight into Germany (or deeper into France). All in all don't hesitate, the place is worth the money.

This is a very big house, which has two separate appartments in side, The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dish washer. You can sit outside in the courtyard. It is in a little village. The neariest supermarkt is 4km away, which wasn't a problem for us, as we were sightseeing every day. Great central place to visit Colmar, Basel, Freiburg and Strassbourg.
