Beautiful and cozy hotel giving a home and family feeling. Julio and staff are excellent. One can’t miss breakfast … it is beautiful. The living room area is very comfortable and the locations is excellent to have a nice walk in nature.

I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars.
I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.
Aparthotel Wellness is located in the Parque Tecnológico, 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of Valencia. The hotel features well-equipped apartments and a restaurant.

It's a small hotel, very pleasant owners, and I loved the quirky decor. So much character compared to bland modern hotels. Very clean.

Good location for exploring Valencia region. At no extra cost was able to use the private secure carpark. Large clean rooms with plenty of space and comfortable king-size bed was nice. No dining area but, Located within in a small residential complex which had nice centre which was walkable with a selection of places to eat.

As Brits, we expected the hostal to be of similar quality as a hostal in UK ... ie not as good quality as an hotel. We have now been informed that the exact opposite is the case here in Spain ... perhaps the booking sites should mention that in their English sites.
The only improvement we could suggest for the room would be another chair and a desk or table.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, receptionist very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location close to beautiful river walks. Lovely breakfast. Room was very comfortable with good a/c and mini fridge . Everything was really good.

For my travel plans it was ideal. There is a cafe/bar and microwave to heat a meal. Extremely clean and modern. A comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. Parking just outside in the quiet road. Excellent value for money. Nice artistic touches.
The location and the beauty of the building itself. loved the natural stone throughout. plenty of free parking nearby. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the bath was a welcome treat after a long day hiking.
The location of the property in relation to the airport is great. It's easy to find and located in a gated community. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. It's close to great towns and it is not hard to reach Valencia. Good supermarkets within 5 minutes by car. The house itself was super clean, comfy chairs, great tv and great pool. It's a great rental for multi family vacations as there are three full bathrooms. Jose, the caretaker of the property is so helpful and friendly.
Great option if you are attending an event at Circuit Ricardo Tormo which is only a 15/20 minute drive away. Hotel is positioned in a quiet area on the edge of the town and free off street parking is available a few hundred yards from the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and room was spotlessly clean.
