Helpful staff who provided good information about all the local sites, and a very clean room that was simple and comfortable. The check-in process was quite easy through a key box on the back of the building. We were always informed by the wonderful host about everything. The apartment is just wonderful, we arrived when it was very cold and the pellet-oven that was inside was just wonderful. Everything was super comfy and it even features a jacuzzi-type bathtub. The host was soooo friendly, she even drove us to the train station.

The house is lovely. It is VERY clean and comfortable. It has everything needed to make the stay very enjoyable. Ms. Rosa. The owner is a great person. Who takes the time to provide her guests with everything thing they need. Including a nice welcome package. She also gave us a great tip about places nearby. The house is in a quiet location, and parking is available on the lot across the street. Delia, the owner and host, made a wonderful effort upon arrival to show us the house, answer any questions, and suggest places to see while in Segovia. She suggested picturesque spots just outside town where we could get views of the town and the castle. She also encouraged us to visit the Palacio at La Granja, which was not in our plans, but are now glad we did visit. Delia is a caring host and made it clear that we could reach out to her anytime during our stay. The home has the space and comfort we were desired, and can easily handle groups or families needing three bedrooms. We would stay here again.
