A genuine and warm welcome for a weary pilgrim! I was picked up from the restaurant in Presedo on the Camino Ingles, and brought to this historic and beautiful haven. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the bed was really comfy, and having a soak in the bath was absolute heaven for sore muscles.

Great apartment for a group of up to 6 pilgrims visiting Betanzos. Good location not far from the centre. The 6 of us could sleep in the apartment, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room in addition to two double beds.

We stayed in Betanzos as part of the Santiago Walk, and arriving to a beautifully designed house, clean and where we could find everything we needed felt amazing! Incredible value for money. The historical aspect of staying in a typical house really added value to the experience.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
What can I say. The place was excellent, from the location, to the staff who couldn't do enough to make my stay as good as possible.
I loved the decorative touches around the property from the abstract sculptures to the art on the walls.
Well worth the cost, which, to be honest, wasn't a huge amount.
The taxi picking me up from the Camino and returning me the next morning was very welcome.
On the presedo section 9f tge camino we took a taxi to this location as no where else was available..jose tge taxi in the area was great and 12 mins we got to the hotel. It was a monday so the restaurant not open but we were aware of that and a bar serving food next door provides for that. The room was good, basic and very reasonable. Heating which you can regulate but out of season so only ones in there which for us was great no noise and quiet. Good alternative solution to a nights stopover in this stage of the camino.
Amazing staff. Maria is so friendly and helpful the whole time. The location is out a bit from the camino track but they offer a free shuttle from Presedo to the hotel and back each day. Amazing dinner and breakfast provided too!
Be ready to be pampered during the Camino and still be within your budget!
Cannot recommend the place enough for the kind hostess, the facilities and the fresh food.
And yes, the responses through WhatsApp are fast and there is a free pick up from the Camino route.
