We loved the location - the trails in the forest behind the house are spectacular. A local restaurant and bar are only 1km walk. The lounge was very cosy. The underfloor heating and fire made it hard to leave the rug on the floor. The bed was big and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor seating areas - they catch the sun and have magnificent views of the forest and sea. The welcome fruit - grown in the garden - was unexpected and incredibly appreciated. The homemade wine is dangerously delicious - perhaps some of the best wine we have tried. The fresh bread delivery every morning - if you leave €1.10 in a bag on the front door handle.
