This hotel is a gem. A tiny hamlet on the camino has this gem of a hotel. Beautiful dining room, a hearty and excellent dinner. Breakfast was good and much heartier than the typical tostada on offer along the camino (who, really, can hike sll morning on a single slice of buttered toast?!?)—they had cereal! And milk! And fruit! And yoghurt! And toast with ham and cheese! A great breakfast for hiking 14km and up 700m on the climb ahead. My room was beautiful! Hardwood floors, a view to the Asturias, a great and comfortable bed. Excellent shower and shampoo snd soap. And a burbling brook right behind the hotel. Welcoming and lovely staff. I loved everything! Stay here! Michael 1000+ nights in hotels traveling around the world the past five years and this one is a gem. From one who knows one.
