The cleanest property of this type we ever stayed, large USA size parking literally outside the door. Hosts Ana and her husband were super friendly and attentive. They were very gracious after we returned from a day trip to discover we lost the house key. The TV’s all had Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. Cartes is a real charming place to explore and relax.

Nice room in an old house. comfortable bed, good shower, warm, we stayed in January and an extra heater was provided for us. breakfast was toast and jam and some cake, fresh coffee , was delivered to our room. it is dog friendly, and has secure parking. a good place for an overnight stay before catching the ferry from Santander. very good value, would stay again.
