Great location, an easy walk to the promenade and beach. Short walk to Carrefour Express, bakery, fish shop and bars/restaurants.
We loved the outdoor terrace/patio which had sunshine on it all day (when it was shining that is!) It was very spacious with a large table and chairs and very private.
It was good to have two bathrooms one with bath & shower, the other with a shower.
The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of pots & pans.
We went in May and thought it good value for money.
Good communication with the owner who allowed us to arrive earlier in the day.

The location was amazing, our room had views straight out to sea. We had one of the large "suite" rooms which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and the attentiveness of Uniq made everything even better, he let us know about local things to do and best times to go etc.
Location, location and location... The view is amazing, you hear the ocean like you were swimming in it, there is a shop and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot for surfing and exploring nearby towns. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and very clean.
The location is right on the beach, the hotel has been renovated very stylishly and is very clean. The breakfast was amazing; locally sourced, fresh and organic ingredients grown and made by the owner Unai and his brother. Unai himself, was extremely friendly and welcoming to our family, he made us feel very at home there and relaxed. We will definitely be returning with our family to see Unai and his staff again soon.
Spacious open plan apartment. Very comfortable, with very good fixtures and fittings and kept very clean. The location at the eastern edge of Bakio was excellent and was an easy walk into the town and to the beach.
The generous breakfast was outstanding, beautifully prepared and delivered with plenty of variety. The location is on the beach and is unbeatable. A double aspect room was very special. Rooms were cleaned on request. Lovely terrace. The bus stop is outside the door.
Public car parking - very affordable.
Amazing location, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner Josu couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay. What you see in the pictures is the actual room. Would 100% recommend. A surfers paradise.
