Fatima and her family welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in! The room wast just marvellous as well as the decoration and the surroundings. Eveyrthing was superclean and modern with a hint to the past! You could see that they really payed attention to the details and put their soul and passion into it! They also prepared a lot of information for their guests and even walking routes! One of which I tried and very recommendable! It is a great hotel in the centre of Puertollano. The staff are so lovely and helpful and can’t recommend them enough! Hotel always very clean and everything we needed during our stay was available. We ate there quite a bit the breakfasts were great and meals I had in the restaurant and in the outside bar area were all lovely.
