If you need something or have questions- doubts about Egypt he will kindly help you. He helped us a lot in so many different ways, he was also super patient. I also liked that the apartment was clean, fresh and big, the photos that are in booking are accurate to the reality, even better in real life. If you really want to know more about the local area, local people and culture don't hesitate to book it.

Having never heard of this brand before (I later realized it’s quite prominent in the Middle East), we didn’t know what to expect, especially given the low cost. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of service and facilities. I keep likening it to a Marriott-standard resort, but at budget hotel pricing. The hotel was undergoing significant construction in one of the front buildings without informing guests in advance. So, we were surprised to find the entire lobby torn down when we walked out a day later. It didn’t affect our stay and the noise didn’t carry over to our room, but it was a somewhat amusing experience. Overall, it was a very good stay. Future guests can rest assured - you’re likely to have a great experience

Best view in Luxor from the balcony and bedroom. Ahmed attended our every request and was very helpful with all information, even our flights and transport in Cairo. Next time I’ll ask him to organise a balloon ride.
