The room was comfortable, clean and quite spacious.
Buffet breakfast was great and had a good selection of savoury and sweet things, and was regularly replenished. If it's busy it can get a bit tricky navigating around the buffet, but it works well nonetheless.
Reception staff was nice and helpful. I asked for their help booking an early morning taxi, and they kindly asked if I wanted to order a breakfast box as my taxi was before 7am. I didn't know this was an option so very much appreciated they suggested it. The box had a ham/cheese/lettuce sandwich, an apple, a bottle of water, a bottle of juice and a small chocolate bar. It was perfect!
The spa is great, although I hadn't realised the saunas only open from 4pm during the week so I didn't get to use them.

I like the check-in process facilitated by Abdullah. It was very smooth and he gave us all the necessary information about the hotel and the city itself. He was very pleasant and professional and warm at the same time-a true gem in the hospitality industry.
The breakfast is another good thing worthy to mention. The food selection is great and the a la carte service within a buffet is a nice touch. But what makes it outstanding is the fact that the staff are very attentive of your needs. It’s like they can read your mind and in a second they’re already in your table asking if there’s something that we needed. It’s just amazing!
Lastly, the location is just perfect. Close to everything. On our first day, I had to rush my brother to the hospital and in 5 minutes we were there already. Walking distance to the old town as well.
It was a great decision to stay here and I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The design is amazing, we liked how stylish the hotel is, how new it is. The spa area is amazing, very clean and there is everything you need. The breakfast was also great with a variety of different options. Personnel was super friendly and helping us in all kinds of requests that we had. Probably one of our best stays in the hotels in general!

Absolutely everything! the place was super nice, clean, well equipped and ideal to be there with kids. there is a huge terrace even for summertime . all booking and check in was easy, the owner very helpful, reactive and kind. We were even allowed to stay longer in checkout day to not wait in the car for our ferry. we hope to be back soon!
