This was a beautiful hotel. The treelined drive to the location, the well kept grounds and the super cozy room and soft bed was delightful. They even has some bunnies, goats, frogs, fish and chickens the kids loved to watch. We loved this location and the views. The breakfast was delicious and they even made us some special hot chocolate for the kids. This is great place to stop if you are on your way to Berlin or Tropical Islands resort.

Most of the rooms are above the Eiscafé where they serve their fabulous homemade ice cream concoctions, their original distilled whisky, and their own microbrewery beers. The eiscafé is open for hours that should never disturb anyone's sleep, and the area is so tranquil. Staff are lovely, and the village is moderate size (approx. 11k) with several local restaurants, cafés, and shops in walking distance.
