This hotel is located inside the defensive walls of Castle Burg Katzenstein, in the peaceful village of Dischingen. The quiet rooms offer a view of the castle and the scenic surrounding hills.

If you want to feel at home in a real castle this is your place! we arrived outside reception opening time but it was no problem for this lovely family who runs the place. We even received dinner although kitchen was closed too. The room was as spacious as a two bedroom flat. The castle dates back to the year 777! and only we could discover it after and before opening time as a stay overnight guests…Very special place, a real treasure hunt with all the cats for older kids (toddlers only by holding hands). Breakfast is a treat. An overall excellent stay for us. Thank you!
