The location was great and the apartment was so clean and organized. Our host was so lovely and even gave us snacks for the road on our departure as well as wine and strawberries on our arrival. Spent a week in May 2023. Apartment was beautiful, big, clean and modern. Excellent quiet balcony to sit on in the evening overlooking the Schwarzwald Hills. Received a pass from the owner for free public transport and free access to the Oberkirch communal swimming pool (which is very close by and excellent to both relax and for the kids to play for hours). Walking routes are straight out of the front of property into the farmers fruit- and vineyards into the forest. Oberkirch offers all the shops and restaurants needed. As can be seen.....we loved it and we will be returning. Many thanks!

Great house at a great location. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. Good beds, plenty of towels and even bathrobes. Note that when you're in one of the bigger bedrooms, you always have to walk through the smallest bedroom to go to the hallway/toilet. The other big bedroom has a door directly to the hallway. The two big bedrooms and the livingroom have blackout shutters, nice to sleep in a dark room. The washingmachine and dryer are in the basement. We felt very welcome at this place. The heated swimmingpool is nextdoor, literally a minute walk. It has two large pools, a slide and a nice pool with divingboards (1, 3 and 5 meters). 1 km from the house there is a park with nice playgrounds for the kids. Next to the house there is a path along the river for a nice run. There are different nice mountainbike area within 30-60 minutes drive. We loved Europa-park, it's just 35 min drive by an easy highway. Really worth going there. Would love to come back!

Location, quality of the appartment, friendly owners. Plus good location. Nice views from the dining area, the same from both bedrooms. All necesary staff was in the place. We had gread day trip to Strasbourg and later to open air museum. Necessary facilities in close distance. One of the nicest rentals we had ever.
