The variety at breakfast could be a little bigger, but it was definitely sufficient and the service was excellent, the guy in charge of the restaurant in the morning was very nice and helpful. A fully-featured apartment a bit far from the center, but well connected and super comfortable! Easily reachable by car and train. A few minutes of walking will get you to the supermarket and train station (so Wuppertal & Dusseldorf are pretty reachable). A few minutes more and you are in the Dussel valley, so you can hike or visit the Neanderthal museum. The place is very cosy, very clean and well equipped (with kitchen untensils etc.), so it was like a second home for us. We liked it much more than a regular hotel. The "remote" reception makes it easy to check-in late and is virus-safe. At the same time the contact with the host through the app is very straightforward.

Chandler!!!!!! WoW what a genuinely kind and authentic human. This is a very special place, unique, and just lovely! It’s not a regular hotel with a receptionist, but they are very attentive in communication. Chandler is the best!!! so grateful for his support and help. When I got to the hotel, I realized I left one of my bags on the bus. Amazingly, I was able to get in touch with the bus driver and go pick it up the following morning at the bus depot, so I have very good things to say about this town, but Chandler really helped me with his very calm kind energy. Thank you so much.

The host was very responsive. Walking distance to town, bakery and grocery store was short and pleasant. Very quiet and warm. Safe underground parking as well as convenient street parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware.
