It was very quiet and the staff was friendly even though they spoke only a bit English. There is a restaurant and the food is OK. It says that the place is child and dog friendly and it really is. The atmosphere was very nice.

I like the staff, they were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel was located in a remote place where you can find a lot of peace and quiet. In front of the hotel there is a farm with horses, I enjoyed watching them. The place was a nice spot for hiking, walking and other outdoorsy activities.

Genthin is a small town and the location was fine. The room was a standard single with a satisfactory en-suite bathroom with shower. The staff were extremely good and helpful. I had a bicycle and the staff put it in a secure locked garage which they opened up for me immediately I asked in the morning I had lunch, evening meal and breakfast and all were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely time. The hotel was ideally located for cycling excursions along the Elbe and in the countryside, there was a safe enclosure off the courtyard where I could safely lock up my bike, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific Italian restaurant next door, an Aldi close by for stocking up on provisions.

Had fabulous room with well-stocked kitchenette (as an American I especially appreciated ice tray in fridge!), table for meals and separate seating area for reading, chilling; also there was a great picnic table off the courtyard for smoking, another great place to relax. Conveniently located for bike rides in surrounding countryside. Also, secure locked space off courtyard for bikes, much appreciated.

Quaint bed and breakfast. Located in a quiet area. Room was a good size with a private bath. Breakfast was spectacular. Hosts were very nice and made our stay enjoyable.
