The apartment is spacious, very clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for cooking. Comfortable beds. There is underground parking with direct access to the house - very convenient in winter. Our apartment was in the semi-basement and it was fine for us as we came for skiing and it gets dark early in the winter, but in the summer you might want to see more of the amazing views out the windows (there is another apartment on the second floor where the view should be great). Hosts are very friendly. We would definitely come back to this place again!

Beautiful view from kitchen and living room. The host family was friendly and helpful with tips. Overall it was lovely place to stay. For skiing with lifts you need a car because you need to drive to Bergeralm is about 10 minutes drive. If you like to do alpine touring you can do that right from the flat.
