There was no heating as the season had ended. However the lady apologised in the morning and only charged me 44 euro instead of the 84 euro stated by booking.com. So overall I was very pleased.

What totally made our visit so pleasant and enjoyable were Roman and Melanie’s (owners) amazing hospitality, going out of their way to make us have a great stay, showing us around Gmund and spending time with us out and about! Such a lovely couple!
