We travel a lot, but staying in this hotel is forever in our hearts.
Nancy and Valentin took over the whole organization of our stay at the Colonia Carlos Pellegrini. Everything was punctual, convenient, and interesting. We saw the maximum for two days: walking in the selva, horse riding, a boat to the Caymans, a night safari, and a trip to the National Park. Excellent recommendations for dinners.
Valentin even brought us to Puerto Iguaçu at night as it was convenient for us not to miss a day on the road.
It is a great, kind, and attentive family.
The room in the hotel was cozy, clean, and warm (there is a conditioner, hot water, pool).
We got a good breakfast and delicious pizza as a gift after the road.

This is a great house for a family and would be great value. The Cabana is very spacious, well equipped and located in a tranquil setting. Bed was very comfortable, bedroom A/C and living area fan worked very well to keep the space at a comfortable temperature with 36C outside. The owner was very pleasant and was willing to assist with arranging tours in the park. The owner is situated in the building next door which also has rooms and a small shop. The Cabana is pretty much as shown in Bookings.com.

The room was spacious and had a very nice feeling to it. The bed was very large and comfortable. The food which was served for both dinner and breakfast was really tasty although the breakfast could use a little bit more of savoury options. During the day after 4 pm there was also a coffee service with a bit of cake. You should consider the fact that in this town there is nothing to do except the trips to the wetlands and most of the trips take just 2h. I'm quite sure that you can organise most of the trips on a single day or on two days. Outside of these activities you should prepare for a lot of walking around the town or spending time on the balcony of your room.
